MY JOURNEY TO

HEALTH & WELLNESS

It's hard to put me under one label. I'm a health and wellness entrepreneur and transformation engineer. Having to overcome many hardships in my life, such as drug abuse, alcohol, depression, anxiety, being overweight and out of shape, I've been able to transmute all my life lessons into teachings and level ups for others. Through consistent practices in the areas of  fitness, nutrition, hydration, and meditation, I've been able to help others find their true power.

MY MISSION

I'm passionate about teaching and inspiring people to be the leaders of their own life, instilling a winning mindset to each person I come across. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer educated in holistic practices, I am able to apply a wide range of knowledge to help my clients surpass their goals and expectations.

 

As someone who has been 270 pounds twice in his lifetime, I know what it is like to struggle with having confidence and finding purpose in life. Being able to relate to people and gain their trust through consistency and results is what I pride myself on the most. 

WHAT TO EXPECT

GOALS ASSESSMENT

Before starting training, we'll discuss your fitness goals, medical history, exercise preferences, and any limitations or concerns you may have. From there, I'll develop a custom fitness and wellness plan to guide you along your journey.

TRAINING & RECOVERY

We'll schedule regular training sessions, one to several times per week, depending on your availability and goals. During these sessions, we'll train the mind, body, and spirit, incorporating physical and mental wellness aspects.

SUPPORT & FEEDBACK

Part of my role as a transformation engineer is to guide you along your journey by  helping you stay accountable, overcome obstacles, and maintain consistency in your progress.
